Color Folks Privacy Policy Effective date: November 3, 2026 Color Folks is a multiplayer mobile game operated by COLORFOLKS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE JOGOS LTDA ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use the game, why we use it, who receives it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to the Android game and related account, support and online services. Information We Collect The information we process depends on how you use Color Folks: Account and sign-in data. For a guest account, the game uses a device or installation identifier to recognize the account. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google and Firebase Authentication process the sign-in and the game receives an authentication token and account information made available through that sign-in, which may include an account identifier and email address. Player profile and purchases. We process the display name, player identifier, avatar and cosmetic selections, game progress, virtual currency balance, in-game shop activity, and other profile settings needed to maintain your account and purchases. Multiplayer and gameplay data. We process room and session identifiers, match participation and results, and the gameplay state needed for multiplayer matches. Your display name, selected appearance, and visible actions in a match may be shown to other players in the same session. Technical and analytics data. The game and its service providers may process information needed to connect and maintain the service, such as IP address, device and app information, connection events, and gameplay or usage events. GameAnalytics is initialized in the Android game to help us understand and improve performance and use of the game. Firebase Analytics also processes technical and gameplay events for these purposes. Advertising data. We use X3M/XMediator to manage advertisements, including rewarded ads, through integrated providers such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Depending on the permitted configuration, these services may process IP address, device and app information, country, app-scoped identifiers, ad requests, impressions, clicks, errors and reward events. Advertising identifiers may be processed only where permitted by applicable law and age-related restrictions. Messages you send us. If you contact support or submit a privacy request, we process the contact details and information you provide so we can respond. The game does not provide text chat, voice chat or private messaging between players. This does not prevent other players from seeing the display name, appearance and gameplay actions described above. Some settings and account identifiers are also stored locally on your device. The categories above describe the current game implementation; we will update this policy if we add new data collection or third-party services. How We Use Information We use this information to create and secure accounts, authenticate sign-ins, connect players to matches, maintain player profiles and virtual items, operate the in-game shop, deliver advertisements and associated rewards, record match outcomes, troubleshoot problems, respond to support and privacy requests, protect the service from misuse, and measure and improve game performance. Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis or consent for processing, we will provide the relevant information and choices. Who Receives Information We use service providers to operate Color Folks. They include Google and Firebase for optional Google authentication and analytics, Photon services for multiplayer networking, GameAnalytics for Android game analytics, X3M LLC/XMediator for advertising mediation and optimization, integrated advertising providers such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads, and providers that host or support our game backend. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Other players in a match can see the player information and gameplay actions made visible to them by the game. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of players and the service. Advertising providers process data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve their services, subject to applicable restrictions. X3M’s published data-processing terms also describe permitted use of pseudonymized data to improve monetization models and services; pseudonymized information is not necessarily anonymous. We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Retention and Account Deletion We retain account, gameplay, purchase and support information for as long as necessary to provide the game and account services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Local game data can remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game. You can request deletion of your Color Folks account and associated personal data by contacting colorfolks1@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request. We will explain any data that must be retained and why. Your Choices and Rights You may choose whether to use Google Sign-In or a guest account. You can change certain profile settings within the game. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to certain processing of, or request deletion of your personal data. Security We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss and misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us using the details below. Children Color Folks is intended for users aged 9 or older, or a higher minimum age where local law requires. Users who meet the minimum age but are under 18 should use the game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If we learn that such a child has created an account or provided personal information, we will take steps to close the account and delete that information unless we must retain some of it by law. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and meeting the Google Play Families Policy Requirements applicable to Color Folks. Our policy requires that advertisements shown to children or users of unknown age be age-appropriate and served only through SDK versions eligible for that audience. Our policy prohibits personalized advertising, interest-based advertising and remarketing to children, and prohibits transmission of children’s advertising identifiers and other identifiers restricted by those requirements. We limit children’s data processing to what is necessary and legally permitted. Where verifiable parental consent is legally required, the relevant processing must not begin before that consent is obtained. Parents or guardians may request information about their child’s data, correction or deletion, or withdrawal of consent, through the privacy contact below. A child’s participation must not be conditioned on providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, our service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
